Due to the advanced cleaning technology and the greatly improved air distribution ratio, it has the characteristics of large air volume, small floor area, high purification efficiency, reliable work, simple structure and small maintenance. The dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%. It is a mature and relatively perfect high-efficiency dust removal equipment.

Working principle

The dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the ash hopper (or the spacious open flange at the lower part), and the coarse particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin. The dust gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag. The clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases continuously, causing the equipment resistance to rise to reach the set value, the time relay (or micro differential pressure controller), the programmer starts to work, and opens the pulse valves one by one to make the compressed air blow the filter bag through the nozzle to clean the dust, causing the filter bag to expand suddenly. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly breaks away from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged from the ash discharge valve. After the dust cleaning by blowing all the filter bags, the dust collector resumes normal operation. When the pulse bag filter works normally, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet. Due to the rapid expansion of the gas volume, some coarse dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia or natural settlement. Most of the rest dust particles rise into the bag chamber with the air flow. After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust particles are retained outside the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box from the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through the valve plate hole and outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of dust. With the continuous filtration, the resistance of the dust collector also rises. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the dust cleaning controller issues a dust cleaning command, first closing the lifting valve plate and cutting off the filter airflow; Then, the dust cleaning controller sends a signal to the pulse solenoid valve. As the pulse valve sends the high-pressure reverse air flow used for dust cleaning into the bag, the filter bag swells rapidly and produces strong jitter, causing dust outside the filter bag to shake and achieve the purpose of dust cleaning. Since the equipment is divided into several box areas, the above process is carried out box by box. When one box area is cleaned, the remaining box areas are still working normally, ensuring the continuous and normal operation of the equipment. The reason why high concentration dust can be handled is that the cleaning time required for this strong cleaning is extremely short (only 0.1~0.2s is required for one injection).

The pulse bag filter adopts the technology of sub-chamber air stop pulse jet cleaning, which overcomes the shortcomings of regular pulse dust collector and sub-chamber back blowing dust collector. It has strong dust cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, less energy consumption, less steel consumption, less floor space, stable and reliable operation and good economic benefits. Suitable for metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical, electric power, light industry dust gas purification and material recovery.

Due to the use of chamber stop air pulse injection cleaning, the purpose of complete cleaning can be achieved by spraying once, so the cleaning cycle is prolonged, the energy consumption of cleaning is reduced, and the consumption of compressed air can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue of the filter bag and the pulse valve is also reduced accordingly, thereby doubling the life of the filter bag and the valve plate.

Overhaul and bag change can be carried out in different chambers under the normal operating conditions of the system fan and the system. The filter bag mouth adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel is polygonal, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and is easy to unload the bag.

The upper bag drawing method is adopted. After the bag cage is drawn out during bag change, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, thus improving the operating conditions of bag change.

The box adopts air tightness design, good sealing, inspection door with excellent sealing material, the production process with kerosene leak detection, air leakage rate is very low.

Inlet and outlet air duct arrangement is compact, and airflow resistance is small.

Technical features

No need for pre-dust removal equipment, can deal with up to 1000mg/m3 concentration of smoke and dust at one time, the emission is less than 50mg/m3, the process is simple;
